Welcome to Cresnexa Systems. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms, please refrain from using our services if you do not agree to these conditions.

Clients may choose from the following engagement models:
- On-Staffing: Hire individual professionals to integrate into your existing team.
- Managed Team: We handle team management, ensuring seamless operations.
- Custom Team: Build a tailored team according to your specific needs.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective collaboration, clients are expected to:
- Clearly define objectives and expectations.
- Participate in setting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide necessary resources and access for team integration.
4. Payment Terms
- Out-staffing: Monthly payments are based on the number of professionals hired.
- Project-Based: Pricing is aligned with project milestones and deliverables.
All payments are due as specified in the applicable service contract.
5. Discounts
We may offer a 20% discount on contracts extending beyond one year.
6. No Additional Fees
Cresnexa Systems aims to maintain transparent pricing with no hidden charges for recruitment, management, HR, or equipment-related services.
7. Non-Solicitation Clause
Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit our team members during the engagement period or for a period of three years thereafter. Violation of this clause may result in a penalty of $3,000 per month for each affected team member, payable for three years.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with one month's written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cresnexa Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Ontario, Canada.
12. Amendments
Cresnexa Systems reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
